New York – Three Democrat Congressmen were arrested outside of Trump Tower on Tuesday after protesting President Trump’s immigration policies.
Via Fox News: Arizona Rep. Raúl Grijalva, Illinois Rep. Luis Gutiérrez and New York Rep. Adriano Espaillat were taken into custody by police, according to Grijalva’s campaign Twitter account and a Gutiérrez aide.
Rep. Gutierrez arrested by NYPD:
According to a Gutierrez aide’s Twitter account, “Update: Raúl was taken into custody in front of Trump Tower for civil disobedience along with Rep. Gutierrez and Rep. Espaillat.”

The Democrat Congressmen were part of a group protesting the President Trump’s decision to end the DACA program which shields illegal aliens from deportation who entered the country as children brought here by their parents illegally.
This isn’t the first time Gutierrez has been arrested. He is often handcuffed and or arrested while protesting.
