Sheriff Clarke is not one to mince words.
Daniel Bice, a liberal reporter for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel recently asked the former Milwaukee Sheriff about his security detail in an email.
“Fran McLaughlin said today that the sheriff’s office is ending the round-the-clock security detail at your house. I have a few questions for you,” Bice said in an email.
Bice went on to ask if Clarke agrees with this decision and if it’s a “wise use of taxpayer dollars”.
Clarke’s office responded, “’F*ck you and the horse you rode in on.’ I’m David Clarke and I approve this message.”
Daniel Bice posted the exchange to his Twitter account with a caption, “Several of you have asked to see a screenshot of the exchange with @SheriffClarke‘s new official email account. Here you go.”

This isn’t the first time Daniel Bice got blasted by Sheriff Clarke’s. Last year they offered to send him a t-shirt of Clarke and guessed he wore a size small. Hah!
