President Trump’s “Everything sucked until I came along” shtick isn’t going over well, outside of the MAGA howler pits.
Trump reacted to news that Robert Mueller had removed an FBI agent working with his investigation, due to that agent possibly texting negative comments about Trump to a woman he was having a relationship with.
After years of Comey, with the phony and dishonest Clinton investigation (and more), running the FBI, its reputation is in Tatters – worst in History! But fear not, we will bring it back to greatness.

It should have been one of those things that put Trump’s mind at ease. It didn’t.
Of course he doesn’t care if there’s truth to that, or not. He has no way of knowing, and he certainly has no way of bringing it back to greatness. He’s a train wreck, himself.
Well, the FBI isn’t just taking it. The head of the FBI Agents Association (FBIAA) wasn’t just going to let it go.
“Every day, FBI Special Agents put their lives on the line to protect the American public from national security and criminal threats. Agents perform these duties with unwavering integrity and professionalism and a focus on complying with the law and the Constitution,” FBIAA head Thomas O’Connor said in a statement.
”This is why the FBI continues to be the premier law enforcement agency in the world. FBI Agents are dedicated to their mission; suggesting otherwise is simply false.”
I would trust literally any FBI official or agent long before I could ever trust Trump.
Trump’s outrageous tweet also caught the interest of former FBI Director James Comey.
“I want the American people to know this truth: The FBI is honest. The FBI is strong. And the FBI is, and always will be, independent.”

It was a typical, reckless, arrogant Trump tweet, and unfortunately, he has enough sycophants around him to insulate him from reality. Until that reality comes crashing through the barriers for Trump, we can all look forward to more unhelpful insanity.
