Trump-hating FBI official Peter Strzok was issued a subpoena last week and ordered to appear before the House Judiciary Committee for a deposition Wednesday.
Strzok appeared voluntarily as a way to evade the subpoena and gave a closed-door deposition.
GOP lawmakers who attended the deposition spoke with investigative reporter, Sara Carter.
Needless to say, the Reps who spoke with Sara Carter are not happy with how things went with Peter Strzok Wednesday.
Sara Carter reported:
Freedom Caucus & Judiciary Committee member, Matt Gaetz (R-FL) attended today’s deposition and reacted to Strzok’s testimony, telling the Sean Hannity Radio Show, “… I am shocked at the lack of curiosity with Robert Mueller. I mean Sean, if you were in Mueller’s shoes, and you had found these text messages, I would think that you would want to ask whether or not they impacted the investigative decisions that were made, whether there was bias, whether there was contact with other members of the FBI regarding the investigation and where it was going and who was making the critical judgment calls,” the Florida Congressman said. “I just cannot believe the lack of curiosity on the part of Robert Mueller. It was the strongest reaction I had today from Peter Strzok’s testimony.”
Freedom Caucus member, Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-FL)-who was also in attendance- told SaraACarter.com, “It was a waste—Strzok is full of it and he kept hiding behind [the] classified information excuse.”
Strzok said in the interview he had no political bias and ‘his text exchanges were intimate exchanges between friends’–Rep. Meadows is not buying it!
Strzok interview, which started at 10am, still ongoing. Strzok has said he had no political bias and his text exchanges were intimate exchanges between friends. Meadows not buying it: https://t.co/uPv60LyOtN. Dems say there was no conspiracy: https://t.co/UD0trec9Mx

CNN reporter, Manu Raju said Peter Strzok is still being grilled in the House. Strzok is expected to go to a classified session tonight to discuss the Russia probe.
Peter Strzok, who came in at 10am, is still being grilled in House. He’s expected to go to classified session tonight to discuss Russia probe. GOP says they’ve learned new things, Dems dismiss it. “Mr. Strzok is saying the same things he’s said over and over again,” Cummings said

Peter Strzok was escorted out of the FBI building two weeks ago, however; he is still employed in Human Resources.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions said in a radio interview last Thursday Strzok lost his security clearance.
We recently found out Peter Strzok sent his mistress Lisa Page a text message saying “we’ll stop” Trump from becoming President.
This text message from Strzok was sent to Page 9 days after “Crossfire Hurricane” was opened and 6 days before the “insurance policy” text.
In another damning text exchange between the FBI lovebirds 6 days after Strzok said he’ll “stop” Trump from becoming President, was a discussion about an “insurance policy” to keep Donald Trump out of office.
“I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office…that there’s no way [Trump] gets elected…but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk,” Strzok text messaged to Page in an Aug. 15, 2016 exchange, referring to Andrew McCabe.
“It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40,” Strzok added.
Rep. Jim Jordan said earlier he’s happy to speak with Peter Strzok first behind closed doors.
Peter Strzok opened the Russia investigation on July 31st. The next day he flew to London. Why was he in London? Who did he talk to? Did he meet with Christopher Steele, the author of the salacious dossier? https://t.co/FvEHmEGBnE

The House Judiciary, led by Chairman Bob Goodlatte said there will be a public hearing after Strzok is interviewed behind closed doors.
Peter #Strzok will be interviewed first in a closed door deposition. There will be classified information to sort through before a public hearing is held. A public hearing will be held! @realDonaldTrump pic.twitter.com/Glltm1pBkn

President Trump blasted Peter Strzok and the other hating frauds at the FBI and DOJ this week, saying the hearing should be shown to the public on live television and NOT a closed door session.
The hearing of Peter Strzok and the other hating frauds at the FBI & DOJ should be shown to the public on live television, not a closed door hearing that nobody will see. We should expose these people for what they are – there should be total transparency!
