Democrat Senator and Vice Chairman of the Senate Intel Committee, Mark Warner was overheard telling people at a Dem fundraiser Friday night, “If you get me one more glass of wine, I’ll tell you stuff only Bob Mueller and I know. If you think you’ve seen wild stuff so far, buckle up. It’s going to be a wild couple of months.”
Senator Warner (D-VA) is the same guy who tried to set up a secret meeting with dossier author, Christopher Steele; he needs to be thrown off of the Senate Intel Committee immediately.
Vice Chairman of Senate Intel Committee, Mark Warner (D-VA)
Politico reported:
SEN. MARK WARNER (D-Va.) hosted a dinner Friday night for more than 100 guests at his house on Martha’s Vineyard as part of the DSCC’S annual Majority Trust retreat. OVERHEARD: Warner, the vice chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, joking to the crowd: “If you get me one more glass of wine, I’ll tell you stuff only Bob Mueller and I know. If you think you’ve seen wild stuff so far, buckle up. It’s going to be a wild couple of months.”
— SPOTTED IN MARTHA’S VINEYARD at another party last night hosted by Sen. Warner and Connie Milstein at her house in Edgartown: Democratic Sens. Chris Coons (Del.), Michael Bennet (Colo.), Sheldon Whitehouse (R.I.), Doug Jones (Ala.), Gary Peters (Mich.), Chris Van Hollen (Md.) and Ed Markey (Mass.), Dr. Susan Blumenthal, Tammy Haddad, Wyoming Senate candidate Gary Trauner, Heather Podesta and Stephen Kessler, Tom Quinn, Ambassador Tod Sedgwick, Erik Huey, Adam Green, Wade and Lorna Ho Randlett, Carmen Osmond and Adam Bramwell.
It’s time for Mark Warner to go.
As previously reported, Democrat Senator Mark Warner tried to organize a secret private meeting with Christopher Steele the author of the anti-Trump dossier.
Warner used the lobbyist of a Russian oligarch to organize the secret meeting.
According to an exclusive story perviously published on Fox News, Warner was aware of the questionable nature of his politically-motivated contact with the lobbyist and repeatedly urged for “secrecy.”
To guarantee some of this secrecy, Sen Warner was communicating with the Russian Oligarch’s Lobbyist through the encrypted messaging app, Signal. Warner had his messages on Signal set to disappear after a designated amount of time as evidenced by the hourglass icon at the top right of the screenshots below.
“Secret” communications such as this between elected American officials and foreign lobbyists have major legal ramifications, especially considering that the use of the Signal app seems well thought out – Sen. Warner did not want these messages to be seen by the public.
And Warner claims the Senate Intel Committee is conducting a bipartisan investigation. Bipartisan? This is an obvious witch hunt to remove a duly elected president!
The Senate Intelligence Committee will continue its bipartisan investigation, and we are going to follow the facts – wherever they lead – until we get to the truth.
