Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein will resign, according to Axios’ Jonathan Swan.
Following a New York Times report that he had floated the idea of recording Pres. Donald Trump and trying to use the 25th Amendment to remove him from after the firing of FBI Director James Comey, Rosenstein reportedly expects to be fired and plans to resign instead.
