Chuck Grassley
MIDNIGHT BREAKING NEWS.
The FBI finished its supplemental background check on Brett Kavanaugh late Wednesday evening.
The report was delivered to Capitol Hill and Senators reviewed the report in a SCIF Thursday.
Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) released the executive summary of Kavanaugh’s FBI report at midnight.
“In the course of its investigation, the FBI decided to reach out to eleven people, ten of whom agreed to be interviewed. The FBI reached out to all witnesses with potential firsthand knowledge of the allegations,” The FBI summary report said. “The FBI provided to the Senate 12 detailed FD-302 reports summarizing their interviews.”
The three people identified by Christine Blasey Ford as having attended the high school party where she claims she was assaulted: Mark Judge, PJ Smyth and Leland Keyser.
Mark Judge, PJ Smyth and Leland Keyser have all refuted Christine Ford’s claims–they all say they do not recall attending the high school party she described in her allegations against Brett Kavanaugh.
CONCLUSION:
The Supplemental Background Investigation confirms what the Senate Judiciary Committee concluded after its investigation: there is no corroboration of the allegations made by Dr. Ford or Ms. Ramirez.

As expected, the supplemental FBI probe on Kavanaugh isn’t enough for the Democrats.
Late Wednesday, Senator Feinstein suggested the FBI probe into Kavanaugh isn’t credible.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) is fulfilling his promise to plow through and confirm Judge Kavanaugh.
McConnell filed cloture to end debate just before midnight Wednesday, scheduled a procedural vote for Friday morning which sets up the full Senate vote on Kavanaugh to take place Saturday evening.
