Stormy filed a defamation suit against President Trump after he mocked her over a sketch of the man who allegedly threatened her–the man in the sketch looked eerily like her ex-husband.
The U.S. District Judge dismissed the case on grounds Trump’s tweet was “rhetorical hyperbole,” not defamatory as Stormy Daniels alleged.

The federal judge also ordered Stormy to pay Trump’s legal fees!
Right on cue… Stormy Daniels’s creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti weighed in on the decision tonight.
Avenatti spewed some nonsensical threat to President Trump.
Be clear – even assuming Trump is owed attys fees from the defamation case (if he wins the appeal), they will be dwarfed by the fees he and Cohen will be required to pay in connection with the NDA case. Not even close. Yet more “winning” from Trump.
