Attorney General William Barr sat to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday. This is his first of two back-to-back hearings he will take part in on Capitol Hill this week.
According to The Hill, Democrats are expected to grill the attorney general over his handling of special counsel Robert Mueller‘s investigation into Russian election interference.
His prepared remarks were posted online earlier this week.
During the hearing Democrat Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) used his time to chide Republicans for bringing up Crooked Hillary Clinton crimes.
