FBI “Indifferent” to Possible China Hack of Hillary Clinton’s Server – State Dept Downgraded Classified Material Found on Server to Protect Her

- Agustus 14, 2019

Interviews with intelligence community officials revealed that the FBI brass “seemed indifferent to evidence of a possible intrusion by a foreign adversary” into Hillary Clinton’s private server.

Even worse, the State Department worked to protect Hillary Clinton by “downgrading classified material found on her server,” Senate investigators probing the matter told Fox News.

All hands were on deck to make sure that Espionage Act charges would not be brought against Hillary Clinton even though a Chinese company described as a front for Chinese Intel accessed her classified emails while she was the head of the Department of State.

A source briefed on the matter confirmed to Fox News at the time that the Office of the Intelligence Community Inspector General was so concerned by the revelation that officials drove over to the FBI to inform agents — including anti-Trump agent Peter Strzok — of the development soon after it was discovered via the emails’ metadata in 2015.

The source said the hack was from a Chinese company, describing it as a front for Chinese intelligence.

In a December 2018 interview with Senate investigators concerning the reporting on the potential foreign hack, Rucker said Strzok — then the deputy assistant director of the FBI’s counterintelligence division in charge of the Clinton investigation — seemed “aloof and dismissive.”

And Strzok didn’t ask many questions, according to Rucker.

McMillian, meanwhile, said FBI employees were “poker-faced” during the roughly hourlong meeting about the potential breach, even though both the CIA and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) had “significant equities” in the information contained on the server.

“At first, State fought back against the intelligence community being involved,” McMillian told investigators, before noting that they eventually relented.

McMillian claimed that two State Department employees tried to shield some of Clinton’s emails from disclosure under the “deliberative process” exemption under the Freedom of Information Act — rather than labeling the emails classified.

-REWIND-

During a hearing in July of 2018, Congressman Louie Gohmert a member of the House Judiciary Committee, revealed that the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) found that nearly all of Hillary Clinton’s 30,000 emails were sent to a foreign entity and the FBI did nothing about it.

The ICIG found an “anomaly on Hillary Clinton’s emails going through their private server, and when they had done the forensic analysis, they found that her emails, every single one except four, over 30,000, were going to an address that was not on the distribution list,” Gohmert said to Peter Strzok during the hearing last July.

“It was going to an unauthorized source that was a foreign entity unrelated to Russia,” Gohmert continued.

Gohmert revealed the ICIG investigator, Frank Rucker met Peter Strzok and presented the anomaly to him, yet he did nothing about it.

Peter Strzok only admitted to meeting with Rucker, however he claimed he could not recall “specific content” discussed.

Inspector General Horowitz was also notified about Hillary’s emails going to a foreign entity (China), however he did nothing about it either.

Recall, Judicial Watch previously sued for documents related to this ICIG meeting about the intrusion of Hillary’s private server where it was revealed the FBI ‘lost notes’ on the meeting.

The FBI in May of this year ‘lost notes’ from an August 2015 meeting with the Intelligence Community Inspector General about Hillary Clinton’s private server, according to FBI docs released.

A February 2019 email from a Special Agent reveals that a CD containing material and notes from an August 2015 meeting with the ICIG was damaged, therefore the information is considered “missing.”

“On or about February 6, 2019, SAs [redacted] opened [redacted] CYBER-1A27, which contained a CD with a crack on it (a damaged CD). SA attempted to copy the damaged CD at the WFO [Washington Field Office] Computer Analysis Response Team (CART) self-service area, but was not able to do so.” the email read.

Since the CD was cracked, FBI IT specialists indicated it was unlikely the CD could be copied.

So the FBI has revealed that a CD containing material about their meeting with the ICIG is damaged and the notes about the meeting are also missing — and now ‘property’ (maybe Hillary’s BlackBerrys) are missing.

The FBI brass destroyed the bureau trying to protect Hillary Clinton.
