President Trump will be announcing his next SCOTUS pick Monday at 9 PM EST.
This is President Trump’s second Supreme Court pick; conservative justice Neil Gorsuch was appointed to the Supreme Court in 2017.
The finalists are believed to be four federal judges: Brett Kavanaugh, Raymond Kethledge, Amy Coney Barrett and Thomas Hardiman, reported Fox News.
Judge Amy Barrett was spotted in South Bend, Indiana Monday afternoon rather than in D.C., so many speculated she would be out of the running.
According to sources at NBC who spoke to Judge Amy Barrett, she is currently in South Bend, Indiana and it appears she is not Trump’s final pick for his next SCOTUS nominee.
Other media reports indicate the SCOTUS pick has been whittled down to two choices, Judge Thomas Hardiman and Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

Also according to Fox News’ John Roberts, the White House says the 5 (mostly red state) Democrats who were invited to Monday evening’s big reveal have all sent regrets.
